The Time Warner Cable Refer a Friend Program lets you introduce a friend to Digital Cable, Road Runner or Digital Phone.

Your friend will receive their first month of Digital Cable, Road Runner and/or Digital Phone for free. In return you will receive a $25.00 service credit for each service the sign up for.

You may also refer a friend who is already a Time Warner subscriber but does not currently have all three of our products. Maybe they have Digital Cable but not Road Runner. Or Digital Cable and Road Runner but not Digital Phone.

For each new product your friend signs up for, they will receive their first month of Digital Cable, Road Runner and/or Digital Phone for free. In return you will receive a $10.00 service credit for each service they upgrade.

The Refer a Friend program is an online only program. You must sign up and complete the process online in order to be eligible for any Refer a Friend special offers or credits.

Note: Your service credit will appear AFTER installation of service. Customer being referred to TWC must be installed within 30 days of submitting request for services. Offer open to residential customers in the TWC South Carolina service area. Offer is for first month free of Digital Cable, Road Runner and/or Digital Phone and excludes taxes and fees.

Digital Cable is defined as Basic Cable, Digital Tier and 1 converter on up to 3 outlets. Additional outlets, tiers, premium channels and equipment will be charged at the standard monthly price. Standard price applies after promotion period. Some restrictions may apply.
