About Our Office
We employ nearly 300 people in our administrative offices - located on the corner of Cook Street and Hovley Lane, just three miles south of Interstate 10. This building is home to our Technical Operations and Customer Service departments, as well as Marketing, IS, Human Resources and more. We are easily accessible from both the east and west ends of the valley by way of I-10 or Highway 111, and we are regularly served by the Sun Bus Commuter Line.

Who We're Hiring
Customer Service Representatives
We always have our eyes - and ears - open for warm, friendly phone representatives who are comfortable working in an office environment. Our call center provides an excellent place to build a career - for graduates and experienced service professionals alike. Candidates must possess basic typing, strong computer and communications skills. Customer service experience is preferred, as is a high school diploma or the equivalent.
Service Technicians and Installers
To respond to the needs of our rapidly growing region, our Technical department is looking for Service Technicians and Installers with experience in the communications field, as well as Technician Trainees to help customers with their cable and high-speed products and services. Candidates must have excellent communications and customer service skills, good mathematical abilities and good reading comprehension. A high school diploma or the equivalent is preferred.
