About Our Office

We employ nearly 700 people in offices throughout the Triad Region. Our Division office is located at 4510 Weybridge Lane, Suite 100, in Greensboro. Our largest operating system is right in the heart of Greensboro, at 1813 Spring Garden Street - just 10 minutes away from major colleges and universities. In addition, our state-of-the-art call center serves the entire Triad region, and operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Who We're Hiring

Customer Service Representatives
Our Call Center provides an excellent place to build a career - and we're looking for motivated Customer Service Representatives to help us respond to the needs of our subscribers. Candidates must possess basic typing abilities, strong computer and communications skills. Customer service experience is required, preferably within a call-center environment. A high school diploma or the equivalent is also required.
 
Field Service Technicians
We're looking for Field Service Technicians to help us bring cable and high-speed data products to subscribers. Candidates must have excellent communications abilities, computer and customer service skills, good mathematical abilities and reading comprehension; as well as a high school diploma or the equivalent. Previous electrical/electronic experience is preferred.
 
Direct Sales Representatives
A region of explosive growth provides challenging opportunity for our Direct Sales Representatives. Candidates must be motivated self-starters, with excellent communications abilities, strong computer and customer service skills. Sales experience is required, as is a high school diploma or the equivalent.
