About Our Office

Located at 6550 Winchester, our Kansas City Division headquarters is conveniently located a mere half-mile west of I-435 and 63rd Street. We are just five miles south of Kaufman and Arrowhead Stadiums, and six miles away from great shopping, dining and entertainment at The Country Club Plaza.

Who We're Hiring

Customer Care Specialists

We're looking for motivated Customer Care Specialists to help us respond to the needs of our subscribers - from educating customers about new products and services to troubleshooting problems. Candidates must possess basic typing abilities, strong computer and communications skills. Customer service experience is preferred, as is a high school diploma or the equivalent.

Residential Direct Sales Representatives

A region of explosive growth provides challenging opportunity for our Residential Direct Sales Representatives, to market and sell cable television and high-speed data services to residential customers throughout our area. Candidates must be motivated self-starters with excellent communications abilities, strong computer and customer service skills. Sales experience is preferred, as is a high school diploma or the equivalent.

Interns

In addition to STARS, the Kansas City Division employs talented young people through the INROADS program. Internships are also available in Metro Sports, where interns assist in various aspects of studio and location video production.
